The Regions HospitalFellowship Program is forRN's who have a minimum of 12 monthsof professional nursing experience in a non-level 1Emergency Department orinpatient hospital setting. TheFellowship Program is designed to provide additional classroom training in specific areas of ED/Trauma care while working in the Emergency Department as a staff nurse. The training will take place over a 12-month period. Available schedules will be 0.6-.8 FTE, on either Nights (11p-730a) or Eves (3p-11:30p and 5p-130a).
OurEmergency Department (ED) is comprised of 50,000 square feet of clinical space with 55 treatment rooms. An additional 8,000 square feet houses theresresident room, library, conference space and administrative offices. It alsoincludes private rooms, in-department radiology suite, discharge pharmacy, waiting room and triage area, employee lounge and locker room, and five care areas (pods), including an 11-bed care pod for our crisis/behavioral health patients. It is designed to treatpatients in acuity-based care pods.You will find yourself in a fast-paced environment with over 90,000 ED visits per year. Join our team and make good happen!
