Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Illinois. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with evening shifts 3:00pm–3:00am, and rotating weekends/holidays.

You will deliver evidence-based care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the team while adhering to policies and standards; employer offers premium pay, tuition reimbursement, health plans, and retirement options.

Formación

• State-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; an associate degree holder must complete a BSN within five years.
• CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications must be obtained within three months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, document observations, and update care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following the Illinois Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, develop and evaluate care plans, monitor progress, document observations, and delegate appropriate tasks to staff. Collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing; if holding an associate degree, must obtain a bachelor's within five years of starting.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications within three months of employment.
