Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department, Evening shift, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with shift hours from 3:00pm to 3:00am and rotating weekends/holidays. Candidates must have an ASN or higher in nursing, with 1+ year ED experience and IL RN licensure.

ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required within specified timelines. Compensation includes education and benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or higher in Nursing; if Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
• Experience: Requires 1+ years' experience in the emergency department unit.
• Required Licensure/Certifications: Current IL RN licensure; CPR certification; ACLS within 3 months; PALS within 3 months; NIHSS within 3 months.

Hours: Evenings 3:00pm-3:00am with every third weekends and rotating holidays

What you will need:

Required License and/or Certification:

Employs critical thinking skills, assesses patients' condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients' progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
