Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Level 2 trauma center, with emphasis on emergency, trauma, stroke, STEMI, and behavioral health cases.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate patient education and discharge planning, and adapt care plans to patient responses while upholding safety and quality standards in a busy emergency setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate patient education, discharge planning, and adjust care plans based on patient responses. Delegate tasks, troubleshoot equipment, promote teamwork, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Support organizational safety protocols and contribute to patient safety and satisfaction.
