Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced registered nurse to practice independently in a clinical home health setting, delivering both routine and complex patient care.

You will assess, diagnose, plan, intervene and evaluate patient needs while addressing psychological, emotional, cultural and social aspects. You will delegate tasks to the care team and manage clinical contingencies in a full-time role with three 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications mandatory with time frames for obtaining them.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Delegates tasks effectively to care team members and manages clinical contingencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care aligned with professional standards and organizational competencies.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care activities accurately.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Make appropriate clinical assignments and delegate tasks to team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are mandatory, with specified time frames for obtaining them.
• Participation in orientation, preceptorship, and competency validation programs is required for new hires.
