Responsibilities

• Identify and address variances from patient goals, collaborating with the team to implement solutions that drive positive results.
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately to support continuity of care and clinical excellence.
• Educate patients and families to empower them in their healthcare journey and recovery.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care while building strong relationships with patients, families, and your healthcare team. Certifications/Licensures Required

• Current licensure from the Michigan State Board of Nursing
