  • Delegate and supervise care activities while maintaining accountability for quality and compassionate patient experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans grounded in clinical knowledge and analytical problem-solving.
  • Identify and address variances from patient goals, collaborating with the team to implement solutions that drive positive results.
  • Document patient care thoroughly and accurately to support continuity of care and clinical excellence.
  • Educate patients and families to empower them in their healthcare journey and recovery.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care while building strong relationships with patients, families, and your healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Certifications/Licensures Required
  • Current licensure from the Michigan State Board of Nursing
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
