Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
  • Healthcare Provider Certification (BCLS).
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process—assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to drive positive patient outcomes.
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while delegating and supervising team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Champion clear, effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is aligned on care goals.
  • Document patient care and education thoroughly, maintaining accurate records that support continuity of care.
  • Identify and solve care variances proactively, implementing solutions that keep patients on track to achieve their health goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to find innovative solutions and continuously improve patient care quality.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Education/Experience Preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Emergency Department or inpatient care experience
