Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an in-office assignment in Bakersfield, CA. The contract is 13 weeks with a night shift delivering 36 hours per week.

The RN will assess and plan care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in discharge planning, and ensure safe patient outcomes in a fast-paced acute care setting. California RN license, BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS are required; BSN preferred.

Schedule: 3×12s with the option to pick up a 4th shift based on unit needs

Position Summary

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): Preferred

Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California – Required

BLS / CPR (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI-BLS) – Required

ACLS (ACLS, HS-ACLS, or RQI-ACLS) – Required

PALS (PALS, HS-PALS, or RQI-PALS) – Required
