Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
  • Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
  • Upholds a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Administers medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
  • Communicates effectively and supports team delegation.
  • Pursues professional development and maintains certifications.
  • Complies with ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision-making.
