Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Arkansas RN license & CPR, required. ACLS and PALS required within 90 days.
• This position is available to both new graduate nurses and experienced nurses.

Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive and accurate patient assessment using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Provide nursing care according to the plan and execute clinical skills safely.
• Identify changes in patient condition and report to appropriate providers.
• Maintain patients' medical records through complete and accurate documentation.
• Float among various clinical services, where qualified and competent.
• Evaluate patient progress toward expected clinical outcomes in collaboration with the patient and health care team.
• Supervise and orient staff including student nurses, nursing assistants, and LPNs.
