StartupNWA in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and document care, while supervising and supporting junior staff and students.

The role requires graduate of an accredited nursing program and Arkansas RN license with CPR; ACLS within 90 days and TNCC within 12 months. Heavy clinical duties with mobility and exposure to illness and radiation are noted.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Arkansas RN license and CPR required.
• ACLS within 90 days, TNCC within 12 months.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care according to plan and supervise staff.
• Identify changes in patient condition and report promptly.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate with the health care team.
• Float among clinical services as needed.
• Assist in orientation of new staff and nursing students.
