Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit to ensure direct and proper care.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional interventions needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
