CoxHealth is seeking an Electrophysiology Lab Registered Nurse to support 24 hours per week in EP Lab and 12 hours per week in the Cath Lab.
The RN will circulate cases, administer moderate sedation and medications, and monitor patient hemodynamics during procedures. This role requires Missouri RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, and ACLS within one year of hire.

This position will work 24 hours/week in Electrophysiology and 12 hours/week in the Cath Lab.
The Electrophysiology Lab Registered Nurse provides nursing care to the patient during pre and post-procedure phases. The RN assists in performing interventional procedures like cardiac catheterizations, valvuloplasties, angioplasties, and stents. Other procedures include inserting pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs). The Electrophysiology Lab Registered Nurse will circulate cases, administer moderate sedation, pain medication, and any other medications ordered by the physician during the procedure. The nurse initiates or maintains medication drips to manage the patient hemo-dynamically and conducts point-of-care lab testing as ordered.
