Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Graduate of a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
• Current state RN license or eligibility to practice as RN.
• Eligible for GNT exception and licensure process if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing process for assigned residents and coordinate care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.
• Administer medications per policies and guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety during shifts.
