HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood in Houston, TX is seeking an RN Coordinator for ED Flow/Throughput to ensure timely, coordinated patient care in the Emergency Department. You will help align staffing, patient placement, and resources to keep patients moving efficiently while supporting clinicians.
You will lead care teams, provide clinical guidance, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to remove barriers and maintain safety, quality, and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
