Job summary

Methodist Hospital Northeast is seeking an RN Navigator for Emergency Services to improve patient flow and care in the ED. You will coordinate throughput, ensure safety, and support quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, ADN, and is pursuing or holds a BSN, with current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC/NIHSS certifications and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Patient Flow Coordinator ensures high quality, patient-centered care by facilitating the throughput of patients within the Emergency Department to provide optimum efficiency of department resources and timely management of patient care. The Patient Flow Coordinator supports patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities that promote the vision, mission, and values of the organization.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma -required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - preferred
• RN License to practice as a professional registered nurse in the state of Texas or Active Multi-State RN Compact License.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS all required
• Minimum 1+ year of applicable experience required.
