Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license required.
• ACLS, NRP, TNCC, and PALS certifications required.
• ENPC and TNCC are required within 1 year of hire.
• Two or more years of hospital critical care or Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Ability to recognize and interpret electrocardiographic information.
• Knowledge and experience managing ventilator patients.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department and assist other departments as assigned.
• Assess patient needs, plan and coordinate care, and evaluate outcomes efficiently and safely.

Contingent nursing staff are required to be available to be scheduled for a minimum of two (2) shifts per month or three (3) shifts per 6-week schedule.
