Indiana University Health seeks a Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate evidence-based care across the care continuum, from assessment through evaluation. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient plans and outcomes, guided by ANA standards and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
Requirements include an ASN with BSN preferred, active Indiana RN license (or NLC), graduation from a nationally accredited program, and BLS certification; other advanced life support

The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The clinical nurse participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. The nurse adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
