Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a PRN Registered Nurse to join our care team. This role provides flexible scheduling and opportunities to deliver compassionate patient care across units with guidance from experienced leaders.

The successful candidate will hold an Oklahoma RN license (or multi-state compact), maintain BLS, and meet certification requirements for the service lines.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma or multi-state compact (eNLC) licensure.
• BLS issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire (Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS).

Responsibilities

• Assessment and reassessments.
• Development of the plan of care.
• Implementation of patient care interventions.
• Evaluation of patient care interventions.
• Supervises and coordinates staff in the provision of care as assigned.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
• The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire - Hospice Only: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
