Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Night Shift PRN Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center. The Staff RN will provide professional nursing care, using the nursing process, and may float to other units or be on call.

This role requires a valid RN license in Oklahoma or a compact state, at least 2 years of RN experience, and BLS. The team emphasizes patient-centered care and supports ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN experience.
• RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC member state.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
• The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
• This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
• May float to other units. May be required to be on call status.
