Demonstrates awareness of all relevant clinical aspects and makes appropriate assignments to care team members.

Responsibilities include meeting core competencies, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation), addressing patients' psychological and social needs, administering medications per protocol, documenting care, and providing patient and family education.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), at least 1 year of related nursing experience, BLS certification, and an RN license. Advanced certifications like ACLS and PALS are required within specified timeframes.
