Meeting Street Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Early Intervention program in Fall River, MA.

This full‑time role provides developmental screening, assessments, and IFSP coordination with a multidisciplinary team, serving children birth to three and their families. You will lead family-inclusive evaluations, track progress, arrange referrals, and ensure clear communication among EI staff, medical providers and community partners.

Formación

• Licensed RN by MA Board of Registration and Nursing Education.
• Minimum 1 year experience with infants, toddlers and families in EI.
• Home visiting and/or case management experience preferred.
• Provisional EI certification and CEIS portfolio due within 3 years.
• Valid pediatric CPR and First Aid certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Uses approved instrument to provide developmental screening, assessment and evaluation for children birth to age three as part of a multidisciplinary team to determine eligibility.
• Actively includes family throughout the entire evaluation/assessment process and implementation of the IFSP.
• Works as member of the team to gather and organize information from multiple sources to plan an individualized evaluation/assessment and IFSP.
• Coordinates and maintains in partnership with the family consistent communication with EI team, medical and community contacts.
• Identifies and accesses resources that support IFSP outcomes and enhances natural learning opportunities.
• Organizes daily schedule to meet caseload requirements and uses indirect time appropriately.
• Understands complex medical issues including prematurity, NAS and makes appropriate referrals.

Salary range: $70,000 - $79,000 annually

Meeting Street is currently looking for a Registered Nurse in Early Intervention working 40 hours weekly.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Board of Nurse Registration and Nursing Education/MA Department of Health.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with infants, toddlers and families in an Early Childhood setting.
• Home visiting and/or case management experience within a multidisciplinary team preferred.
• Provisional Early Intervention certification and completion of CEIS portfolio within three years of hire.
• Valid pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
