Job summary

Harborview At Doylestown, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and care center in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall success of our facility.

In this role, you will direct and coordinate nursing care, assess patient needs, collaborate with physicians and therapists, monitor conditions, educate patients and families on care plans and medications, and participate in quality

Responsibilities

• Directing and coordinating nursing care for patients with varying levels of complexity, in accordance with their individualized treatment plans
• Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, and developing and implementing effective care plans to address these needs
• Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitoring patients' conditions and responding promptly to changes or concerns
• Educating patients and their families on medication, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing various medical procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
