Job Description: Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse Disease Manager (RNDM). These positions are completely remote, working from the Nurse's home. The Nurse will perform assessments, education, and training to coordinate care for dependents of our Nation's Active Duty personnel and eligible retirees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• At least one active state nurse license, preferably a compact state license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an RNDM, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting
• Preferred: Current certification in a disease-management related area such as:
• Chronic Care Professional (CCP) by Health Sciences Institute
• Certified Health Coach (CHC) by National Society of Health Coaches
• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) by National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators
• Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C) by National Asthma Educator Certification Board

Additional qualities include being highly organized, self-directed, and capable of functioning in a high-volume environment without distractions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude. Must have access to secure, high-speed internet.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• 8 hours per day

Salary Range:

$82,000 - $87,000 annually
