You will supervise staff and help ensure high-quality care and efficient resource use.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct age-appropriate clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
• Be accountable to support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe patient care, staff competency, and resource management.
