Vista Specialty Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, and to develop care plans in coordination with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

You must hold current California RN licensure with BLS and ACLS; at least one year of recent nursing experience is preferred. Ventilator, telemetry, or ICU experience is a plus. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Formación

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.
• Licenses/Certification: Current RN Licensed issued in the state of facility location. BLS & ACLS Required.
• Experience: Minimum one (1) year's recent nursing experience preferred. Ventilator, Telemetry, and/or ICU experience is preferred.
• Safety Sensitive-Designated Position

Responsabilidades

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participate in the patient discharge planning process.
