Job summary

Vista Specialty Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

The RN will develop care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff; communicate changes in clinical condition with physicians and nursing leadership, and participate in discharge planning to ensure safe transitions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN or ADN program.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities
