As an RN in Dialysis, you will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their physical and psychosocial needs are met. You’ll develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate patient progress, and lead a team of LPNs and technical personnel. Your role is critical in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting both patients and their families through complex health journeys.
