Job summary

Inland Northwest Behavioral Health, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse for 12-hour shifts (0.9 FTE) on a full-time basis. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time days and nights.

The RN will work with a 100-bed psychiatric hospital and a multidisciplinary team to support adults and adolescents. Responsibilities include nursing process delivery, collaboration with physicians, and supervision of assigned staff while providing compassionate care to patients

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Washington.
• Preferred one year of experience in psychiatric inpatient setting.
• CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications provided during new hire training.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process.

Inland Northwest Behavioral Health opened in Fall 2018 to serve greater Spokane, Washington, with comprehensive treatment and support in a tranquil, thoughtfully designed setting.

Our Registered Nurses promote and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members.

Inland Northwest BH: Is our main 100-bed, standalone psychiatric hospital, composed of four units providing specialized treatment for mental health and co-occurring disorders for adults and adolescents.

Shift:

12-hour shifts - Full time only. (0.9FTE)

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in Washington (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications, which are provided during Inland Northwest new hire training.
