UMass Memorial Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care from admission to discharge utilizing the Nursing Process. You will perform assessments, coordinate discharge planning, and supervise nursing care within your clinical setting, delegating tasks as appropriate to team members.

The role requires MA nursing licensure and BLS, with ACLS preferred. This full-time position offers a day shift and is based in Worcester, MA with the potential for a signing bonus for eligible

Qualifications

• Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration required.
• BLS is required for every RN unless ACLS certification is current.
• ACLS certification current is preferred where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates the individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within the assigned clinical setting.
• Delegates appropriately to others per job description and competency level.
