Job summary

MediLodge of Southfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure care aligns with physician orders, fostering a patient-centered environment.

Starting wages range from $40.40 to $54.77 per hour for day shifts, with a Michigan Direct Care Incentive. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Executes physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Supervises and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Coordinates nursing care for therapy or procedures as scheduled.
