MediLodge of Richmond is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. The role offers starting wages from $44.40 to $56.92 per hour and a focus on patient-centered care.

The unit emphasizes teamwork, growth opportunities, and a rewarding environment where your contributions directly impact residents’ lives. Ideal candidates are graduates with RN licensure in Michigan, CPR certification, and 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents.
• Supervises and guides clinical staff members.
• Initiates, documents, and monitors physician orders.
• Assigns tasks to team members based on need and capability.
• Supervises CNAs, LPNs, and LVNs.
• Administers medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
• Coordinates nursing care when therapy or procedures are scheduled.
• Recruits and counsels staff within state practice act.

Education

Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
