Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team. The role focuses on applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining current standards and safety.

This full-time position requires availability 11a to 3p Monday–Friday, with on-call requirements. A BSN, IL RN license, CPR/BLS, and ACLS/PALS/NRP within 90 days are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain competency reflective of current standards of practice.
• Interact with and contribute to the development of peers and colleagues.
• Integrate ethical provisions in all areas of nursing practice.
• Incorporate evidence-based practice and research findings into nursing care.
• Ensure safety for patients and staff and manage emergency situations.
• Guide and supervise nursing staff in providing patient care.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and timely.
