Qualifications

• Minimum Years of Experience: 0 (new graduates welcome to apply!).
• Education: BSN or ADN in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Be a voice in care planning, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, symptoms, and medications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident health and quality of life.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
