Banner Staffing Services-AZ in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking Registered Nurses for day shifts in a registry/per diem capacity. RNs will provide comprehensive patient care across imaging areas, float as needed, and support the medical imaging team.

Responsibilities

Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
Formulate and update plan of care, including discharge planning, with input from patient/family and health team.
Implement and coordinate care according to physician orders and nursing plan of care; supervise staff as needed.
Evaluate patient progress and revise care plan based on outcomes and teaching.
Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
