Job summary

Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments and planning for individualized care, and communicate with physicians about changes in a patient’s condition.

This full-time position is 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period) on day shift, with every third weekend. MI RN license required; BLS within 6 months of hire; nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Michigan RN license.
• BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care.
• Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
• Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Performs general nursing with adequate supervision.
