Job summary

Qualifications

• RN training and TN licensure required.
• Minimum six months to one year of related experience.
• Experience with substance use disorders preferred.
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation experience preferred.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care for clients under RN supervision.
• Assist physician in assessments, exams, and treatments.
• Take vitals and collect specimens as ordered.
• Prepare, administer, and record medications.
• Maintain clinical records and required paperwork.
• Participate in treatment planning and education for patients.
• Count and secure controlled medications; report shifts.
• Attend nursing meetings and required trainings.
