AdventHealth Apopka is seeking a registered nurse to join our full-time day shift team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients, and collaborate with care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license, have an Associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred), and demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state of Florida).
• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological and psychosocial domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with ongoing evaluation.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and documentation.
