Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with Idaho within 60 days from hire.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
• ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Documents and ensures accuracy of patient services and supplies.
• Performs comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Educates patients and develops a plan of care based on needs.
• Communicates patient status and plan to the care team, verbally and in writing.
• Administers medications and evaluates their effectiveness.
• Operates patient care equipment safely and maintains professional boundaries.
• Applies knowledge and hospital policies to nursing practice.
