Avera Gregory Clinic is seeking a Regular RN to provide professional nursing care in a day shift role. This position involves administering medications, coordinating patient care, and supporting physicians in procedures and exams.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Board of Nursing, active)
• IV Therapy and Lab Draw skills are required or preferred
• Ability to perform nursing care with accuracy and patient safety

Responsabilités

• Performs general nursing care to patients. Administers medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Prepares equipment and assists provider during procedures and testing.
• Observes, records and reports patient condition and reactions to treatments.
• Manages appointment scheduling and maintains patient flow, prioritizing emergencies.
• Greet patients, obtain health history, take vitals and conduct nursing assessments.
• Responds to patient calls with input from physician.
• Educates patients on diagnostics, medications, nutrition, and wellness.
• Maintains exam rooms and ensures cleanliness and supplies.
