Cascade AIDS Project Northwest's Our House in SE Portland is hiring a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time 0.6 FTE role. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, administer medications, and support daily living activities in a 14-room facility serving residents living with HIV.

Requires a valid Oregon RN license, BLS, CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days, plus DHS background check. Familiarity with EMAR, Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum of one year's work experience as an RN.
• Unencumbered nursing license in Oregon state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Pass DHS background check (potential disqualifying convictions).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMAR; internet knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Explains treatments and conditions to residents of diverse ages.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.

The Our House Residential Care Facility (RCF) is a 14-room facility with a team of expert clinicians who work with people living with HIV who are having difficulty managing independent living. By tailoring nursing, social services, and therapeutic everyday activities our clients and residents are able to define what ‘living well’ means to them. This position is responsible for performing the primary function of a Registered Nurse assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of Our House residents and providing direct care to the residents as well as environmental care of the facility.This is a Part-Time (0.6 FTE) role working at Our House in SE Portland. The schedule for this role is Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 6:30am-3:00pm.For Registered Nurse: Starting pay is $47.56 an hour. The Nurse's pay increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $49.80.
