Qualifications

• Current CT RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• PACU and/or ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates the knowledge to assess patients and identify needs to provide individualized care.
• Delegates care to other nursing personnel to meet patients' needs.
• Participates in daily interdisciplinary patient rounds and provides input for outcomes.
• Reflects ANA Standards of Practice and Ethics.
• Develops, implements and revises individualized care plans.
• Participates in activities for professional growth outside of patient care.
