Job summary
Complete Care at Meriden is hiring an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) to provide skilled nursing services to residents recently discharged from hospital and those requiring long-term care. Full and part-time positions are available, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Connecticut
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical eval
- Professional and clinical leadership qualities
Responsibilities
- Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable)
- Perform wound care, manage pain, apply dressings
- Conduct health assessments and monitor changes
- Create, update and execute individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others
- Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations
- Document health status and progress accurately
- Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care
