The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The role involves assessing residents, coordinating care, and supervising LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality nursing practice on a busy unit.

You will follow facility policies, document care plans, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate resident-focused care in Florida.

Competenze

RN must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
MS/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
Nursing experience with clinical competence and leadership skills.
Understanding and appreciation of the aging process.
Ability to be self-directed in delegated areas of responsibility.

Mansioni

Assists in defining, maintaining, and interpreting standards of practice.
Performs required skills (assessment, intervention) according to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Participates in interdisciplinary committees influencing policies affecting nursing practice.
Follow facility procedures for admitting residents and documentation based on guidelines.
MDS schedules preparation and quarterly/annual assessments.
Develops care plans and revises them to meet resident needs.
Monitors medication administration and reporting of errors.
Coordinate with the health care team and ensure proper handoffs between shifts.
