Evercare in Illinois is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver hands-on nursing and personal care to residents, while leading and supporting nursing assistants. You will ensure safety and well-being, delivering high-quality care in a long-term care setting.

The role involves monitoring residents, administering medications, charting, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with day/evening/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
• Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ condition and assess needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Perform routine charting duties per established policies and procedures.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
