Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Provide education to patients and families about care plans and health management
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and changes in condition
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies
