Job summary

The Blossoms at Eureka Springs Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents at our well-established facility. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

You will oversee the nursing team, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, and develop personalized care plans to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Basic computer skills for electronic records and care coordination.
• Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in skilled nursing with leadership roles such as Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Implement care plans with a resident-centered focus.
• Utilize available resources for counseling and discharge planning.
• Adjust care plans based on changing resident needs in coordination with healthcare professionals.
