Job summary

The Blossoms at Eureka Springs is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caregiving team. You will oversee a nursing team and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment (Arkansas)
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Skilled Nursing with leadership roles (Charge Nurse/Unit Manager/Supervisor)
• Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills

• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
