Job summary

UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care across cardiovascular and surgical services, using the nursing process to assess and plan care, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

A sign-on bonus is available. Candidates must hold a Florida RN license, have a Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing, and current BLS; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Active Florida RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred or required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and formulate care plans.
• Facilitate and provide patient care with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans; evaluate patient responses and adjust as needed.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the director/clinical coordinator/charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. This is a full time, day shift position eligible for a sign on bonus. 7am-7pm
