Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license or compact license.
• BLS required; ACLS, NIHSS, or PCCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Perform accurate hand-offs and bedside shift reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, APs, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Administer medications, monitor complex conditions (cardiac, respiratory, post-ICU).
• Participate in huddles, shared governance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license or compact license.
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association); additional certifications such as ACLS, NIHSS, or PCCN are preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, critical-thinking, and time-management skills.
